Iran's foreign minister on Tuesday extolled the country's ability to bring its nuclear program back on track as limits on the landmark 15-year accord between Tehran and world powers ease in the coming years.

Mohammad Javad Zarif said a document, submitted by Iran to the International Atomic Energy Agency and outlining plans to expand Iran's uranium enrichment program, is a "matter of pride."

He said it was created by Iran's "negotiators and industry experts" and that even foreign media have noted Iran is likely to strive for restoring its full enrichment after 10 years.

Zarif's remarks, carried by the semi-official Fars news agency, followed revelations the day before of the confidential document - an add-on agreement to the nuclear deal with world powers - that Iran gave the IAEA.

The document, obtained by The Associated Press in Vienna, outlines Tehran's plans to expand its uranium enrichment program after the first 10 years of the nuclear deal.

I'm just shocked, the Regime lied to Congress, the Media, and the while country.

White House rejects demand to boost IRS integrity

Why should the IRS be any different than the rest of the Adminstration?

Just as some 5 million Americans are rushing to meet Monday’s tax return deadline, the White House took the unusual step of dumping on three House bills that demand that the IRS improve its integrity.

The Office of Management and Budget, in its “statement of administration policy,” said the bills would hurt the IRS, though they are just in the first stage of consideration.

One bill would block the IRS from hiring any employees until Treasury certifies that no IRS employee has a seriously delinquent debt.

A second would ban bonuses to employees the IRS develops and implements a comprehensive customer service strategy.

And the third would prohibit the IRS from rehiring an employee who’d been fired for misconduct.

They seem reasonable to me. But, then, I’m not a corrupt hack who uses the IRS as a goon squad.

The Regime must protect their embedded allies in Government.

Fed Judges Question Constitutionality Of Obama’s Prized Consumer Agency

Don’t recognize the name? Despite being President Obama’s biggest gift to Elizabeth Warren, the CFPB has mostly flown under the radar since its creation in 2010. That could change soon because of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, which is hearing a constitutional challenge to CFPB’s legitimacy.

“Critics of CFPB have noted it is the only agency not accountable to congressional oversight and therefore violates the separation of powers set down by the Constitution. That principle provides that Congress have checks over the executive branch agencies like CFPB. Those checks do not apply to the agency,” reports Richard Pollock of the Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group.

Created by a Democratic Congress, CFPB was purposely put under the Federal Reserve to get it out of the reach of congressional oversight. Congress doesn’t even have the power to set the bureau’s budget because it is funded entirely via the Fed. Pollock has been putting an investigative spotlight on the bureau for several years, as seen here, here and here.

If the three-judge appeals court panel rules against CFPB, the bureau will appeal to the full Appeals Court, which has a majority of judges appointed by Presidents Obama and Clinton. Next stop will then the U.S. Supreme Court, so stay tuned.

It was set apart specifically to avoid congressional oversight.

New Balance claims Obama administration promised shoe contract for silence on TPP

New Balance, a Boston company that makes athletic shoes, says someone from the Obama administration promised to help get the company a substantial military contract in exchange for the company ending its vocal opposition to the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal.

Despite the promise, no order for shoes was ever placed by the Pentagon, so now the company is renewing its opposition to TPP. The Boston Globe reported Tuesday:

“We swallowed the poison pill that is TPP so we could have a chance to bid on these contracts,” said Matt LeBretton, New Balance’s vice president of public affairs. “We were assured this would be a top-down approach at the Department of Defense if we agreed to either support or remain neutral on TPP. [But] the chances of the Department of Defense buying shoes that are made in the USA are slim to none while Obama is president.”

Notice, first, that’s not a denial of the claim made by New Balance. Second, it ignores the thrust of that claim, actually misstates it. New Balance isn’t changing its stance because of the procurement process. New Balance says it changed its stance (to silence) only because of the promise of a Pentagon contract. If the US Trade Rep objects to New Balance changing its stance because of the procurement process then it ought to be saluting their decision not to be swayed by it and to object to the deal.

I sure everyone is just shocked, I tell you shocked, that the Obama Regime DIDN'T keep their word.....

Emails show intel analysts were told to 'cut it out' and 'toe the line' on ISIS reports

The scandal involving about 50 intelligence analysts for U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) who were pressured to downplay the effectiveness of the Islamic State while it was a growing threat is at critical mass.

The Pentagon's inspector general has in his possession emails and other documents that prove there was pressure to doctor the analyses of the Islamic State in order to minimize the threat and talk up the White House "narrative" that the military was doing a good job in degrading the abilities of the terrorist group.

Pentagon Could Be ‘Shredding’ Docs About Female Rangers

The military may be “shredding” documents that could indicate whether or not women received special treatment while attempting to become the first female Army Rangers, a letter from an investigating Congressman suggests.

Rep. Steve Russell of Oklahoma, himself a veteran and Ranger School graduate, has been investigating claims that Kristen Griest and Shaye Haver, the first ever female graduates of Ranger School, received special treatment. In September, he sent a letter to Army Secretary John McHugh requesting Army records relating to the women’s test scores, medical history, evaluations, and other background details that may help indicate whether they benefited from a lower standard.

But new documents, first written about by Susan Keating of PEOPLE and now obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation, suggest the Pentagon may be playing a cat-and-mouse game with Russell, first stalling for time and then later telling Russell that the information he requested had been destroyed.

While the graduations have been heralded as a major step towards gender equality in the military, critics have accused the Obama administration of playing politics, pressuring the armed forces to lower standards in order to ensure women completed the course. Last month, People published allegations that the Army allowed female Ranger candidates to repeatedly retake tests when men were not allowed to do so and gave them special early access to a difficult night navigation course. One Ranger instructor explicitly described the atmosphere as “politicized.”

This should come as no surprise to anyone. This Regime MO has been to demonize, delay, destroy, and duck all investigations into it's behavior. It's all about "fundamentally transforming" the country in his own image.

Pork comes off the menu at federal prisons. Wait… what?

As of this week there’s going to be a change coming to the cafeteria menu at our nation’s federal prisons. There will no longer be pork chops, ham or … bacon (!) being served once the new rules go into effect. Apparently this story did not come from The Onion. (Fox News)

Inmates will no longer be pigging out on ham or bacon after the Obama administration removed pig products from federal prison menus, in a sudden move being decried by the pork industry.

The federal Bureau of Prisons, responsible for over 200,000 inmates, reportedly imposed the ham ban at the beginning of the month and said it was in response to surveys of prisoners’ food preferences. According to the government, pork just wasn’t a popular menu item.

“Why keep pushing food that people don’t want to eat?” Edmond Ross, a spokesman for the prison bureau, told The Washington Post. “Pork has been the lowest-rated food by inmates for several years.”

If you find yourself being a bit skeptical upon reading that last bit, join the club. You can offer all manner of explanations for why certain menu changes are made at a public facility, but so you seriously expect us to believe that the prisoners don’t like bacon? Who doesn’t like ham unless it’s for religious reasons? Speaking of which, there are already rumors flying as to possible alternative explanations here.

I just don't buy it. "Unexpectedly", one of the most popular meats ever, bacon, is suddenly not popular? But considering who runs this Regime, I can't say I'm surprised.

Navajo Nation furious that Democrats have seemingly abandoned them over Animas River spill

In August, the Environmental Protection Agency, in their infinite wisdom, decided to let three million gallons of toxic water from the abandoned Gold King Mine contaminate the Animas River. The EPA was sent there on a clean up mission, as the mine had been abandoned for nearly a decade–and accumulating hazardous water waste as a result. All told, the arsenic levels in the river are now 300 times the normal rate, with lead levels at 3,500 times what is considered healthy.

The Navajo nation slammed the president’s inaction over the Animas river spill in Colorado that is threatening their way of life. House and Senate hearings over the spill are being held in Congress over this issue (via The Hill):

The Off-Grid Administration -- The Many Ways Obama Officials Have Ducked Public Accountability

In 2009 the National Archives issued rules requiring agencies to preserve employee work on nonofficial accounts in a government record-keeping system.

Then came the Obama Administration, whose modus operandi has been to hide from this legal regime. This year the world learned that Hillary Clinton conducted most of her correspondence as Secretary of State on a private, homemade email system that she failed to disclose and kept away from the federal government.

We have since learned that at least one of her aides, Huma Abedin, also had an account on that private system. When the press exposed the system, Mrs. Clinton deemed herself the arbiter of what she would allow the American people to see. Mrs. Abedin still hasn’t bothered to deliver her government records to State. In late July another Clinton aide, Philippe Reines, gave State 20 boxes of work-related emails, taken in part from his private email account.

In August the Competitive Enterprise Institute filed a motion in court to gain access to the private email account of White House science czar John Holdren, who may have used it for government work. Some years ago CEI helped bring to light that then-EPA Chief Lisa Jackson used a secret alias, “ Richard Windsor,” when emailing on the EPA system. This seemed designed to thwart FOIA requests for her conversations, since “Lisa Jackson” appeared nowhere on her emails.

In 2013 an Associated Press report revealed the practice was rampant among Administration officials, including the Secretaries of Agriculture, Labor, and Health & Human Services. All had secret government email accounts that neither Congress nor the public knew about.

Last Monday the IRS was forced to acknowledge to a federal court that it recently discovered that Lois Lerner (of political targeting fame) used a second, private email to conduct government work. The account was set up under the name “ Toby Miles,” and the IRS still can’t account for its contents.

It has been two years since Congress first subpoenaed Ms. Lerner’s emails. In 2013 when Mrs. Lerner was still directing the IRS’s Exempt Organizations unit, she cautioned colleagues to be careful what they said on email; then she inquired whether the agency’s instant-messaging system was archived. Told it wasn’t, she responded by email: “Perfect.”

Last week a federal court subpoenaed former EPA official Phillip North after a complaint by a mining concern called the Pebble Partnership. Mr. North worked from inside the EPA with outside activists to scuttle Pebble’s proposed Alaskan mining project, and he did so on private email.

Think of this administration as an ongoing criminal enterprise and you won’t be far wrong.

I'm a big believer in Occam's razor, and if you put two simple pieces of information together you get a very simple explanation for 7 years of insanity.

First of all, let's take Obama. What is he? By temperament and training, he is a community organizer. The thing is, that's one of those terms that sounds self explanatory but really it's not, in fact it means the opposite of what it seems to mean. The term "community organizer" was coined by Saul Alinsky to describe the people who he envisioned would destabilize society. The last thing an Alinskyite wants is for a community to be organized. An organized community is functioning smoothly, all of its parts meshing seamlessly. An organized community has no need for, nor desire for, an Alinskyite. No, the job of one of Alinsky's community organizers is to destabilize a community, to disorganize it. It is only when a community becomes disorganized that the politics of division can thrive and it is divided communities that are the end goal of Alinsky's disciples. Only when a community has been fatally divided against itself is it ripe for tearing down, to be replaced by a communal Utopia. Sowing this division is all Obama has done all his entire adult life. It is quite literally all he knows.

That's bad enough, but completing the toxic brew that we've been forced to quaff these past seven years is the fact that Obama as President is the de-facto head of the Democrat Party, and the Democrat party is absolutely dependent on the factionalization of society for its success. The Democrat Party is the party of identity politics, the party of conflict, the party of "us" against "them", and they survive by making people believe that they are the only chance "us" has to keep from being overwhelmed by whatever "them" is the boogyman of the week. The Democrat Party is the living embodiment of the most perfect quote regarding politics that I've ever heard. H.L. Mencken, the illustrious "Sage of Baltimore", once observed "The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by menacing it with an endless series of hobgoblins, all of them imaginary". Now, that's not to say that the Republicans don't do the same thing, they do, but theoretically at least the Republican Party has some principles behind it. Yes, you can stop laughing now, I said theoretically. The Democrat Party, however, has no principles beyond an unbridled lust for power, and the way they achieve that power is by pitting groups against each other.

So now let's put those two together, shall we? Obama's training and temperament lead him to play factions off against each other. His party is absolutely dependent on that happening.

Judge Says Federal Officials Must Personally Appear In Court For Violating Amnesty Injunction

A federal judge in the district court of South Texas has ordered top officials with the Department of Homeland Security — including Secretary Jeh Johnson — to appear in person in his court in Brownsville next month to show why they should not be held in contempt for violating an injunction issued against President Obama’s executive amnesty order.

Andrew Hanen issued the rare order on Tuesday in the latest court filing for a lawsuit filed to halt President Obama’s executive amnesty order. Obama announced the action on Nov. 20. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, then the state’s attorney general, filed the suit on Dec. 3.

Hanen called the Obama administration’s response to his Feb. 16 injunction “unacceptable” and “unprofessional.” He also stated that he is “shocked and surprised at the cavalier attitude the Government has taken” towards it.

Finally, a Federal Judge calling BS on the Regime.

There has been a lot off talk the last few weeks that the Obama Regime was planning to replace Andrew Jackson picture on the $20 bill and replace it with a woman.  This is something the politically correct administration would do to pander to the liberal/progressive/single woman/female "Julia" type voter.

The Washington Free Beacon has come up with a modest proposal that should be overwhelmingly popular among the rest of the country, "Obviously, Kate Upton Should be on #TheNew10."

 

But, frankly, this doesn’t go far enough. If we’re monkeying around with the currency, why not make some real changes? Why settle for such a little portrait?

Not sure if this is her shade. We live in the future, dang it. Where’s the full color version?

Chinese Hackers Lurked Undetected In Database For Full Year

American officials say Chinese hackers had access to sensitive security data for up to a year before a breach at the Office of Personnel Management was finally detected.

The cyberattack — the second one targeting the federal government’s human resources agency this year — was detected earlier this month, but officials believe it may have begun as early as June 2014, The Washington Post reports.

TheChi-Coms had unfettered accept to the Office of Personal Management to the Feds for over a year. So every employee of the Federal Government, had their personal information, like home address and social security number,exposed to the Chinese Government. This information is what Identity Thieves need to impersonate you.

Heads need to roll, but the Regime will not fire a single person. I'm willing to bet.

However, since it looks like members of Congress's information was compromised, they may be able to force the Regime to do something about it. The hack created a bipartisan group of victims.

Which woman? Who knows, doesn't matter. They're all alike, aren't they? Some woman.

Now, this is a double directed grounding of stray voltage. First, he releases an Upworthy Buzzworthy Easy-to-have-an-opinion about non-story in order to push a great big dangerous story out of the news.

But he doesn't stop there. Because Obama, the bitter racialist divider and national arsonist, had hoped for a big uproar about putting Some Woman on the currency, especially a black woman like Harriet Tubman.

Except they were disappointed a few weeks back when these rumors made the rounds. At that time, the story was that Andrew Jackson -- Old Hickory, Indian-fighter, slavery-defender, Proud Founder of the Democrat Fighter -- would be replaced with Harriet Tubman.

So, the latest rumor.

So, rewrite: Now it's one of the founding fathers of our Republic, Alexander Hamilton who'll be getting replaced, while the founder of the Democrat Party is, for some reason, spared.

I got to think that this nasty, venal Administration was upset to see there wasn't enough divisiveness over their Public Relations Gambit, so they took it back into the shop and retooled it to serve its purpose as a Stray Voltage grounding wire.

The Regime's media strategy, always win the daily news cycle, even at the expense of tomorrows news cycle. "We can always spin a new lie tomorrow."

Former CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson -- Emails Reveal White House Hid Truths About Benghazi Attack

"If we knew everything then that we know now, one week after it happened, I think that would have been really devastating to [Obama's reelection] campaign," says former CBS reporter, Sharyl Attkisson, referencing the 2012 Benghazi terrorists attacks. Recently revealed White House emails suggest that the Obama administration may have attempted to mislead the American public by placing the blame on an Internet video and not Islamic terrorists, which would have raised questions about Obama's foreign policy strategy.

Attkisson, an award winning investigative reporter, was one of the few journalists who continued pursuing the Benghazi story long after many in the main stream media lost interest. According to Attkisson, her bosses at CBS wanted her to drop the story. As a result, she left CBS, her employer for two decades, this past March over what she claims is "liberal bias" at the network and a lack of serious devotion to investigative reporting.

She goes on to say that many in her field are frustrated by the decline of hard-hitting investigative reporting endemic at all networks and not just CBS. The congealing of corporate, news, and political interests at networks have made investigative journalism a relic of the past.

"As one whistleblower put it to me: things have never been worse for people who try to speak the truth inside the government about illegalities and wrong doing. In their view, and I tend to agree, every administration is more clamped down and closed than the one before it. And the next one starts at the finishing point. It's very hard to make it go backwards. There are rules being implemented now against journalists and the type of work that we do that I think will be very hard to unwind."

This Regime is run by the most corrupt bunch since Nixon? LBJ?
