Nancy Pelosi -- I Can See Iran from Bahrain (120+ Miles Away)

During a CNN interview on Wednesday, House Minority Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) claimed she could see Iran across the Persian Gulf when she visited Bahrain.

“I’ve been to the region, I’ve been to Bahrain and looked right across the Persian Gulf to Iran. Everything is very close there,” she claimed.

At their closest points, Bahrain is still over 120 miles away from Iran, far exceeding the distances observed by the naked eye under normal conditions. This makes Pelosi’s claim demonstrably false, barring superhuman abilities.

Where is the mocking of Pelosi "super vision"?

Palin on IRS 'Losing' Lerner Emails: Obama Worse than Nixon

On Saturday, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin blasted the Obama administration for being worse than Richard Nixon's for supposedly "losing" Lois Lerner's emails at the IRS between January 2009 and April 2011.

Lerner ran the IRS's exempt division that targeted conservatives, and the Obama administration claimed on Friday that all of her emails to outside agencies during that period were lost "due to a supposed computer crash.

"Remember the 18 minute gap in Nixon’s White House tapes during the Watergate scandal? Now Obama’s IRS top dog claims a communications gap of 1,052,000 minutes," Palin said. "Hmm. Wonder if the press will recognize similarities. Maybe a smidgen?"

She wondered what would happen if Americans lost all of their tax records and asked the IRS just to trust them, like the IRS is saying regarding the "central figure in their harassment of conservatives scandal."

"Try claiming that next tax season: 'Oops-a-daisy, computer crash, all records gone, so... just trust me on what I claim I owe you, IRS,'" Palin continued. "You know, Obama Administration, at this point why not just say the dog ate it? Watch now as the Administration tosses us a bone while the public demands Obama find those evaporated emails. And about that promise of transparency? About that claim to be 'The Most Transparent Administration Ever'?"

Sarah Palin Mocks Media's Hypocrisy on Hillary's Health

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, whom liberals and the mainstream press have maligned with glee while intrusively trying uncover the most sensitive personal information and who has been accused of faking a pregnancy, mocked liberals who complained about Hillary Clinton's health being scrutinized. .................

On Monday, after referencing an article that was linked on the Drudge Report, Palin mockingly wrote that since "the country’s just swell under the Obama regime (which includes any cabinet member who’d lie and prove ineptitude by shining the boot that’s now on America’s neck)" and there are "enormous issues to debate before choosing a Presidential/Vice Presidential ticket," voters should "have confidence no mean-spirited salaciousness will be pushed by 'real journalists.'"

"Nope. This just doesn’t happen at this respectable level of American politics," she said, dripping with sarcasm. "Just ask me. And Trig."

Palin Rocks CPAC, Re-Writes Dr. Seuss to Mock Obama, Media

She then credited Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) for his hard work and called on voters to get all of Congress on "Cruz control." Palin even channeled her inner Cruz by breaking out a copy of Green Eggs and Ham, but she rewrote the Dr. Seuss classic.

I do not like this Uncle Sam, I do not like his healthcare scam.
I do not like these dirty crooks or how they lie and cook the books.
I do not like when Congress steals. I do not like their crony deals.
I do not like this spying, man. I do not like, 'oh yes we can.'

During her wildly well received comments, Palin lauded those who are doing their job in Congress and blasted those who aren't. She slammed the GOP establishment.

When the crowd chanted "Run Sarah Run!," she joked that she should have gone for a jog before the speech.

John Kerry was not off limits. Of the Secretary of State, Palin asked "why the long face?"

She clobbered Obama's poor leadership in dealing with Vladimir Putin. "Mr. President, the only thing that stops a bad guy with a nuke is a good guy with a nuke."

On Ukraine, Palin delivered perhaps her best line of the night.

"I'm probably being too hard on the president. After all, who could've seen this coming?," she asked. In 2008 Palin predicted Putin's Russia may invade Ukraine if Obama were elected. An optimistic future was painted by Palin. "When we meet next, Lord willing, Harry Reid will be the Senate minority leader or a blackjack dealer in Vegas," she quipped. ............................

Palin then blasted the Democrats' hypocrisy regarding their "war on women" campaigns.

"Hey Democrats, it's your leaders who are demeaning to women," said Palin. She called on the women on hand to stand up as sisters and fight against that treatment. "Donkeys just bray, only mama grizzlies can say 'hear me roar!'" she said.

So much for Palin being dumb.

Politico Editor Who Mocked Palin Over Ukraine Doubles Down, Refuses to Give Her Credit

The former Foreign Policy editor who dismissed former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin's warnings about Ukraine during the 2008 campaign still refuses to give Palin credit for her prescience and not engaging in the groupthink that has plagued the mainstream media and the chattering elite.

As Breitbart News reported, Blake Hounshell, who was then editor of Foreign Policy magazine and now edits Politico magazine, wrote in 2008 that Palin's remarks that Russia's Vladimir Putin may invade Ukraine if Barack Obama were elected president were "strange" and depicted an "extremely far-fetched scenario."

Palin took to Facebook on Friday, linked to the Breitbart News piece, and then simply wrote, "Yes, I could see this one from Alaska. I'm usually not one to Told-Ya-So, but I did, despite my accurate prediction being derided as 'an extremely far-fetched scenario' by the 'high-brow' Foreign Policy magazine."

The Media CAN'T admit Palin was right and the Dear Leader was wrong.

Again.

Exposing liberal apologies, Palin and Romney shouldn’t forgive MSNBC hosts

Why are liberals becoming even more vile in their public discourse? I contend it’s a result, in part, of the fact that they get away with it, and they gain power as conservative leadership retreats from the ugliness. There have never been any serious consequences for liberal hate speech, threats and general cultural assault.

Conservatives, on the other hand, the target of that bile, act on their inherent decency and “forgive and forget.”

My concern is the reaction by high-profile conservatives who, after having been smeared in the most repugnant of ways, immediately accept the apologies of the liberals who slander them. This pattern needs to change.

Conservatives must recognize that accepting apologies from liberals who cross the line only reinforces the myth that these attitudes are one-off “mistakes,” uttered by normally decent people.

As a former liberal, I assure you nothing could be further from the truth.

Arguing for harm to come to someone because you disagree with them is neither a mistake nor an accident. It’s a contemplated idea, cultivated into a message and delivered as an argument. Targeting a toddler for derision because it serves a political agenda isn’t something that mistakenly pops into someone’s head. It springs from an existing loathsome well.

It would be valuable for today’s conservative leadership to recognize that comments like Mr. Bashir’s and Ms. Harris-Perry’s aren’t mistakes — they are public illustrations of what sits at the core of today’s liberalism — hatred, paranoia and cruelty.

Conservatives have known for along time the hatred and loathing the Left has toward them. As Charles Krauthammer once said, "Conservatives think liberals are stupid. Liberals think conservatives are evil."
