NBC News enjoyed a big win Monday after a Florida judge dismissed a defamation lawsuit filed by George Zimmerman after the news outlet maliciously edited a call Zimmerman made to 911 in order to make it look as though the Hispanic Zimmerman had racially profiled Trayvon Martin, who was black. This just seems wrong, Zimmerman was NOT a public person until the Drive-By-Media made him into a public person.
............................
Breitbart News was the first media outlet to discover the fraudulent editing. The end result was three unnamed NBC News producers being fired.
Circuit Court Judge Debra S. Nelson ruled that Zimmerman was “unable to demonstrate that the editing choices at issue resulted in a materially false change in the meaning of what he actually said.”
............................
The judge also said that Zimmerman isn't protected like any other private citizen from libel because he deliberately and publicly added to “the public controversy surrounding race relations and public safety in Sanford,” and that Zimmerman “pursued a course of conduct that ultimately led to the death of Martin and the specific controversy surrounding it.”
The standard of libel and defamation with a public figure is higher than that of a private citizen. Zimmerman would have to prove NBC used "actual malice" against him. The judge did not believe the news outlet had.

Florida Judge Dismisses Zimmerman Lawsuit Against NBC

Sorry, NBC -- You Owe George Zimmerman Millions
From The National Review:
This same Network also defamed Richard Jewel over the 1996 Olympic Park Bombing.
Whatever you think of Zimmerman, the Peacock Network willfully defamed him. NBCDateline NBC staged GM pick-up trucks exploding due to the side impact, by using a rocket engine to spark the fire. GM filed a lawsuit against NBC after GM conducted a highly publicized point-by-point rebuttal in the Product Exhibit Hall of the General Motors Building in Detroit that lasted nearly two hours after announcing the lawsuit. That lawsuit was settled the same week by NBC, and Jane Pauley read a 3½ minute on-air apology to viewers.should be held liable for the editing of George Zimmerman’s 911 call in ways that made Zimmerman appear to be a racist.
In a grotesque and apparently malicious act of misreporting, NBC, in multiple broadcasts, aired doctored, heavily edited versions of the 911 call, misleadingly moving around Zimmerman’s words like a Rubik’s Cube. The result gave a false impression of the tragic incident in which Zimmerman shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, and it exposed Zimmerman to the hatred, scorn and contempt of millions of viewers.
Zimmerman is suing NBC and the network is fighting back. But the network’s actions, and its responses to complaints, indicate it willfully and knowingly damaged Zimmerman’s reputation.
This same Network also defamed Richard Jewel over the 1996 Olympic Park Bombing.

Chris Lane Murder Update
1st Update: looks like it was only two black and 1 white teenager that shot the Australian baseball player, instead of 3 black teenagers.
2nd Update: The motive appears to be boredom, one of the teens stated they were bored and shot the baseball player, who was jogging, "just for the fun of it."
3rd Update: The Rev. Jesse Jackson said, “This senseless violence is frowned upon and the justice system must prevail.” The same Justice system he condemned for finding George Zimmerman not guilty.
4th Update: Dear Leader Obama hasn't commented about the case, in fact, his deputy spokesperson was not familiar with the case.
5thUpdate: No comment from Rev. Al Sharpton. I don't expect any, but the silence is deafening.

3 black teenagers murder white baseball player out of boredom - News at, well never
From Yahoo Sports:
Here is a pictures of the accused.
Notice anything?
So will the media make a big deal about this story? I doubt it, since it doesn't follow their approved story meme.
With a motive that's both chilling and simple - to break up the boredom of an Oklahoma summer - three teenagers randomly targeted an Australian collegiate baseball player who was attending school in the U.S. and killed him for fun, prosecutors said Tuesday as they charged two of the boys with murder. The article does not show a photo of the alleged murderers. In fact, articles from several online services didn't show photos of the accused nor mention their race.

Arianna Huffington tweets a Presidential Smackdown
Leave it to the mercurial Arianna Huffington to slam Dear Leader:
Obama: Trayvon "could have been me." True, and so could many still behind bars for drug possession

If Zimmerman wanted Obama to leave him alone, he should have just killed a US ambassador.

The Hidden Assumption Among Trayvon Supporters
From Neo-Neocon Blog:
Another Use of Force expert boils down Zimmerman's actions:
I have noticed over the last week or so that a noticeable percentage of the group of the people who disagree with Zimmerman being acquitted…seem to be arguing from a perspective which views physical violence as acceptable or even desirable unless a weapon is involved. I have begun to consistently see variations of this viewpoint in enough places to see it as a body of thought on this subject. Usually, it features the ideas:Remember, Zimmerman was profiled by Travyon as being a "Creepy Ass Cracker" which equal homosexual rapist, sucker punches him, pins him on the ground, started punching him "MMA style", and THEN gets shot.
1) Hitting people is a perfectly reasonable response to a non-physical confrontation, ie someone watching you, or asking you what you’re doing or following you briefly
2) If you do these things, you have “started” a fight and while the other party is within their right to beat you, you are not allowed to use lethal force to defend yourself
I have noticed a consistent anti-gun viewpoint that tends to accompany this thought, but it comes with a bizarre pro-violence attitude that I have not typically noticed with most anti-gun people.
Another Use of Force expert boils down Zimmerman's actions:
When Mr. Martin jumped Mr. Zimmerman and began to beat him, the night could have only ended with one of them dead or crippled and possibly permanently disabled. The gun saved Zimmerman’s life, and that’s why he carried it. It performed the function for which it was designed, and while all of us who carry weapons hope that we never have to put it to such use, if we are ever faced with that situation we have what we need to reverse that “disparity of force.”

It's got to be racism ! ! !
Since many of the liberal race agitating hucksters have been claiming if the races were reversed in the Zimmerman sham of a trial, that the defendant would be found guilty.

Nancy Grace Describes Zimmerman as ‘Driving Through Taco Bell, Having a Churro’
From Breitbart Big Journalism:
So doesn't that make Nancy Grace guilty of racial stereotyping and "profiling?"
or does she get a pass, since she's a lib, who want Zimmerman in jail?
........
again, more crickets.

Was Trayvon doing the profiling?
According to his GF Rachel Jenteal, Trayvon thought Zimmerman was a "gay rapist", from Ann Althouse:
I wonder if GLAAD will be releasing a statement of outrage?

Ted Nugent clearly and simply states what the lesson is from Trayvon Martin incident
Leave it to Ted Nugent to put the Travyon Martin case in the simplest term. His response, should be used by all when responding to all the hoopla from the Lib's about the case.
To Rev. Al Sharpton and all those clowns at PMS-NBC, how do you respond the that simple statement.?‘Teach your children not to attack people’

Read the article and be disgusted.
