Little Girl Suspended for 30 Days Because She Lent Her Inhaler to a Gasping Classmate

The school district is probably right that [student Indiyah Rush] shouldn’t have shared her inhaler, but who can blame her for wanting to help? That said, there’s an easy solution available to the school: just tell Rush not to do it again. That’s it. Not every mistake requires a punishment. Sometimes, it’s sufficient to correct inappropriate behavior without ruining a child’s entire school year.

Unfortunately, Schrade’s default course of action is to treat acts of kindness as attempted drug smuggling.

So, when a child dies next time, and a classmate says they could have saved them by giving them their inhaler, I hope that Administrator gets sued.

12-Year-Old Boy Suspended for Looking at a Girl. At Her Face. That’s It.

There’s a War On Boys, all right. Kids can get in trouble for smooching. They can get in trouble for touching. They can get in trouble for chewing, playing with toys, and making sugary snacks. They can get in trouble for waving their hands the wrong way (don’t even get me started on pencil-twirlers). And yes, they can even get in trouble for staring.

According to WLWT.com, the principal at St. Gabriel Consolidated School—a private institution—suspended a pair of 12-year-old boys for a day for playing a staring game with a female student: If a principal did this to my kid, I’d make a point of turning his/her life into a living hell. Which, I’m happy to see, this boy’s mom seems to be doing.

It has now been made illegal to be a normal boy. The only acceptable version is a drugged out, effeminate, trans gendered, eunuch approved by radical man-hating lesbian feminists.

After the bully was scraped off the pavement, the cops booked him on a charge of misdemeanor battery, a minor punishment compared to the fact that he’ll be known for the rest of his life as The Kid Who Got His Ass Kicked In That Video After Throwing Down With A Blind Kid. The hero, meanwhile, has now been suspended from school and kicked off the football team because violence is always wrong ‘n stuff.

‘I don’t care what the policy says. Its self defense via a bystander. To beat a blind kid and get to play the victim card. Cost another kid his education. That boy is a hero. Treat him like one.’

However, Huntington Beach High School district officials stuck by their move and said they could not accept violent behavior from any student.

This incident is another example that our public schools are run by the best and brightest, huh!

School punishes teen for acting as designated driver

Liberals ...... We have Zero Tolerance because School Administrators couldn't or didn't have any common sense. So the opposite is now true.

Deweese, 21, posed nude for Playboy photos and videos when she was a college student. She was Playboy’s “Coed of the Month” in February 2011.

This year, she was a first-year Spanish teacher at Rosie M. Collins Sorrells School of Education and Social Services. Her presence generated quite a buzz among students ever since they discovered her collegiate exploits saved for posterity on YouTube.

On Thursday, the stunning brunette sent Inside Edition a three-word text: “They fired me!”

Most likely, the women who voted to fire her, could have never posed for Playboy. They're the man hating-type of feminists.

Missouri State Fair bans rodeo clown who mocked Obama

The Missouri State Fair on Monday imposed a lifetime ban on a rodeo clown whose depiction of President Barack Obama getting charged by a bull was widely criticized by Democratic and Republican officials alike.

BTW, didn't some leftist movie maker make a faux documentary about the assassination of President George W. Bush?  Was he banned from making movies for life by Hollywood?

Charges Dismissed Against 8th-Grader Who Wore NRA T-Shirt

On Wednesday, criminal charges against 14-year old Logan Middle School student Jared Marcum were dismissed by Judge Eric O'Briant.

The dismissal comes 70 days after Marcum wore an NRA T-Shirt to his Logan County, WV school and was told to take the shirt off. Marcum refused to do so, citing his First Amendment right to celebrate his Second Amendment rights. He was consequently charged with obstruction of justice.

At least this Judge used some common sense, unlike the judges in the Zimmerman case and the one in Texas about the teenage trash talking video game player.

NRA T-SHIRT CASE UPDATE: Prosecution attempts to silence Jared Marcum with gag order; reporter covering story threatened with arrest.

“Prosecutors were hoping to bar Jared, his father and his lawyer from sharing their story with the press, under the guise that their request would serve Jared’s better interest, something Jared’s father Allen Lardieri sees as ironic.”

Jared, who is now facing the possibility of up to a year in jail, or juvenile confinement and up to a $500 fine for an obstruction charge that police say hinges on the fact that he refused to stop talking when they arrived at Logan Middle School to arrest him on April 18, is expected to be back in court on July 11.

Jared's attorney Ben White says he will continue working to have the charges against Jared thrown out.

The prosecutors and arresting officer refused to answer any of WOWK's questions.
