Little Girl Suspended for 30 Days Because She Lent Her Inhaler to a Gasping Classmate

The school district is probably right that [student Indiyah Rush] shouldn’t have shared her inhaler, but who can blame her for wanting to help? That said, there’s an easy solution available to the school: just tell Rush not to do it again. That’s it. Not every mistake requires a punishment. Sometimes, it’s sufficient to correct inappropriate behavior without ruining a child’s entire school year.

Unfortunately, Schrade’s default course of action is to treat acts of kindness as attempted drug smuggling.

As Glenn would say, Tar. Feathers.

Yep, tar and feathers.

So, when a child dies next time, and a classmate says they could have saved them by giving them their inhaler, I hope that Administrator gets sued.

University of Toronto unexpectedly finds problems with letting boys in the girls’ showers

Like many American colleges, the University of Toronto has heard the calls for fairness across the “gender spectrum” and previously moved to a policy of having gender neutral bathrooms and shower / locker facilities on campus. Now I’m sure that most of you, just like me, think this is a brilliant plan which encourages diversity and inclusion, holding no potential hazards for the students living in our brave new world. But wonders never cease and it appears there was a fly in the ointment after all.

The University of Toronto (U of T) is temporarily changing its policy on gender-neutral bathrooms after two reports of voyeurism in a student residence.

Two women showering in Whitney Hall, a residence at U of T’s University College, reported they saw a cellphone reach over the shower-stall dividers in an attempt to record them, in two different incidents, police Const. Victor Kwong told The Toronto Star…

“The purpose of this temporary measure is to provide a safe space for the women who have been directly impacted by these events and other students who may feel more comfortable in a single-gender washroom in the wake of these incidents.”

Who could possibly have imagined that a bunch of hormone driven, college age guys might react this way when presented with an opportunity to be standing around next to some young college women who were showering? It’s almost as if we don’t even understand the fundamental nature of the human animal. I’m shocked, I tell you. Simply gobsmacked.

If I didn't know better, I would have thought this was an article from The Onion. But considering all the silliness that is part of academia today, I'm not surprised.

12-Year-Old Boy Suspended for Looking at a Girl. At Her Face. That’s It.

There’s a War On Boys, all right. Kids can get in trouble for smooching. They can get in trouble for touching. They can get in trouble for chewing, playing with toys, and making sugary snacks. They can get in trouble for waving their hands the wrong way (don’t even get me started on pencil-twirlers). And yes, they can even get in trouble for staring.

According to WLWT.com, the principal at St. Gabriel Consolidated School—a private institution—suspended a pair of 12-year-old boys for a day for playing a staring game with a female student: If a principal did this to my kid, I’d make a point of turning his/her life into a living hell. Which, I’m happy to see, this boy’s mom seems to be doing.

It has now been made illegal to be a normal boy. The only acceptable version is a drugged out, effeminate, trans gendered, eunuch approved by radical man-hating lesbian feminists.

After the bully was scraped off the pavement, the cops booked him on a charge of misdemeanor battery, a minor punishment compared to the fact that he’ll be known for the rest of his life as The Kid Who Got His Ass Kicked In That Video After Throwing Down With A Blind Kid. The hero, meanwhile, has now been suspended from school and kicked off the football team because violence is always wrong ‘n stuff.

‘I don’t care what the policy says. Its self defense via a bystander. To beat a blind kid and get to play the victim card. Cost another kid his education. That boy is a hero. Treat him like one.’

However, Huntington Beach High School district officials stuck by their move and said they could not accept violent behavior from any student.

This incident is another example that our public schools are run by the best and brightest, huh!

High School Student Suspended for Wearing NRA Shirt

A 16-year-old sophomore at Grand Island High School in New York was suspended for wearing an NRA t-shirt promoting the Second Amendment, New York’s WGRZ reports.

Though Shane Kinney had worn the shirt to school before, this time a teacher told him to take it off or turn it inside out because of the guns depicted on the back.

When Shane refused to remove the shirt or turn it inside out, he was given a one-day in-school suspension.

The school dress code requires that attire not “disrupt or interfere with the educational process” and that it should not “encourage . . . violent activities.” The dress code says nothing about the depiction of firearms.

He needs to sue the school, Administrators, and the teacher, personally. The Courts have settled this MANY times before.

Duke Lacrosse Case — The Latest Outrage

In a nauseating editorial this week in the Raleigh News and Observer, Duke University president Richard Brodhead is depicted as "used to working at elite levels," which allegedly qualified him to receive one of the four 2013 Academic Leadership Awards bestowed by the left-leaning Carnegie Corporation to "exceptional leaders in higher education."

The scenario reads like this: although the three Lacrosse players ended up victims of a cabal of third rate radical professors, an incompetent and politically motivated prosecutor, and their fellow travelers in the Duke University and Durham, NC community, the bien pensants of the Left have orchestrated the permanent record in order to stain the lacrosse players in the court of public opinion despite their innocence and victimization. To Brodhead and his accomplices, the incident was an example of the ongoing class warfare by rich white males against guiltless minorities they prefer to believe is rampant.

Crystal Mangum, the "stripper" whose word Brodhead believed over his own students, is now serving 14 to 18 years for second degree murder for killing her boyfriend, prosecuted by the same Durham district attorney's office that fabricated evidence against the players. The Durham prosecutors have not continued to cover up their horrible mistakes in the pursuit of the untrue charges against the lacrosse students by going soft on their false accuser.

But Duke University continues to mask over the inexcusable actions by Richard Brodhead, bringing shame and degradation to the school. Brodhead was never reprimanded, and he certainly was not fired from his $1.8 million a year job. Nor did he have the character or gumption to resign in disgrace. Rather, the Duke board issued statements praising Brodhead while paying out several millions in damages to the boys.

I wish the players would have demanded the settlement be made public or gone to trial. I would have loved to hear Broadhead's and members of the Gang of 88's depositions to justify their collective, disgusting behavior.

Little boy makes pretend arrow-shooting gesture, could be expelled

There is something wrong with the world and school when a little boy can't PRETEND to do anything anymore. This is part of the campaign by the Politically Correct to make boys into girls. Add the popularity of the movie series "Hunger Games", where the heroine uses a bow as her primary weapon.

School punishes teen for acting as designated driver

California high school forces girl to remove ‘violent’ NRA t-shirt, apologizes

School officials at Canyon High School in Anaheim, Calif. forced a student to change out of a t-shirt promoting the National Rifle Association.

The incident happened in September, reports CBS Los Angeles. A security guard at Canyon High – “Home of the Comanches” — tapped sophomore Haley Bullwinkle on the shoulder and marched her directly to the principal’s office.

Bullwinkle, 16, said school officials then commanded her to remove the shirt immediately and put on something else.

“They were treating me like I was a criminal,” Bullwinkle told the station.

According to the sophomore, they also told her that the NRA shirt “promoted gun violence.

The images on the shirt are a male deer, an American flag and the silhouette of a hunter in a field. Below those images are the words “Protecting America’s Traditions Since 1871.”

The girl’s father noted that Canyon High’s mascot is the Comanche.

“I think that if you consider the hunter — the image of the hunter to be offensive — certainly there are groups that would consider the Comanche Indian chief to be offensive,” he said.

He also observed that Canyon High’s drill team twirls fake rifles, according to CBS Los Angeles.

After CBS Los Angeles reported on story, school officials quickly caved. On Thursday, school officials apologized to changed course and apologized to Bullwinkle and promised to train security guards and other staffers so that “an incident like this does not occur again,” reports the Los Angeles Times.

These Administrators need to be fired and forced to apologize in front of the entire school.

Charges Dismissed Against 8th-Grader Who Wore NRA T-Shirt

On Wednesday, criminal charges against 14-year old Logan Middle School student Jared Marcum were dismissed by Judge Eric O'Briant.

The dismissal comes 70 days after Marcum wore an NRA T-Shirt to his Logan County, WV school and was told to take the shirt off. Marcum refused to do so, citing his First Amendment right to celebrate his Second Amendment rights. He was consequently charged with obstruction of justice.

At least this Judge used some common sense, unlike the judges in the Zimmerman case and the one in Texas about the teenage trash talking video game player.

Texas teen makes violent joke during video game, is jailed for months

A Texas teenager who has been in jail since March faces an eight-year prison sentence because of a threatening joke he made while playing an online video game.

In February, Justin Carter was playing “League of Legends” — an online, multiplayer fantasy game — when another player wrote a comment calling him insane. Carter’s response, which he now deeply regrets, was intended as joke.

“He replied ‘Oh yeah, I’m real messed up in the head, I’m going to go shoot up a school full of kids and eat their still, beating hearts,’ and the next two lines were lol and jk,”

The statements “lol” and “jk” — meaning “laughing out loud” and “just kidding” — indicate that Justin’s statement was entirely sarcastic, said his father.

I don't know who is stupider, the Parent who made the complaint, the police, who arrested the boy, or the ADA who charged him.

It seems as if the Zero tolerance crowd, who runs our schools have taken over the District Attorney's office around the country

NRA T-SHIRT CASE UPDATE: Prosecution attempts to silence Jared Marcum with gag order; reporter covering story threatened with arrest.

“Prosecutors were hoping to bar Jared, his father and his lawyer from sharing their story with the press, under the guise that their request would serve Jared’s better interest, something Jared’s father Allen Lardieri sees as ironic.”

Jared, who is now facing the possibility of up to a year in jail, or juvenile confinement and up to a $500 fine for an obstruction charge that police say hinges on the fact that he refused to stop talking when they arrived at Logan Middle School to arrest him on April 18, is expected to be back in court on July 11.

Jared's attorney Ben White says he will continue working to have the charges against Jared thrown out.

The prosecutors and arresting officer refused to answer any of WOWK's questions.

Gee, I wonder why the Prosecution wants a gag order?????
