Report -- FBI Agents Are ‘Livid’ That Lynch And Bill Clinton Met

Fox News is reporting Friday that FBI agents are “livid” that Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch held a private meeting in an airplane earlier this week.

According to Fox News correspondent Catherine Herridge, President Clinton could also be a witness in the FBI investigation into corruption allegations against the Clinton Foundation.

Herridge said that a “well-placed” FBI source said FBI agents as “‘livid’ about Lynch and Clinton meeting.

Saying it goes well beyond the bad appearance because Bill Clinton at the very least may be a witness in this public corruption probe.”

Sure looks like the fix is in.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch met with former President Bill Clinton for a half-hour on her government airplane at the Phoenix airport on Tuesday, an Arizona news station is reporting.

The unannounced meeting, which comes as Lynch’s Justice Department is investigating the handling of classified information on Hillary Clinton’s private email server, came to light only when Phoenix’s ABC15 TV station asked Lynch about it during a press conference.

The Obama appointee told the TV station that she and Clinton did not discuss the investigation or any other government business. Instead, she says they talked about Clinton’s grandchildren and golf.

AG Lynch Admits the FBI Has Lost Track of Omar Mateen’s Wife

torney General Loretta Lynch admitted today that the FBI is unaware of the whereabouts of Omar Mateen's wife, Noor Salman.

Salman has indicated she suspected Mateen was about to commit a terrorist attack, and even accompanied him to buy the weaponry he used to carry out the massacre. She insists, however, that as he left she tried to hold onto his arm so he wouldn't leave.

“I’m half convinced they’re actually helping her get out of the country to avoid the embarrassing trial,” Iowahawk tweets in response.

Iowahawk's thought was my very first thought after hearing the news.

Federal Judge Issues ‘Extraordinary’ Order Sanctioning the DOJ for Misconduct in Executive Amnesty Litigation

In one of the most stinging court opinions I’ve ever read, federal district judge Andrew Hanon blasted Department of Justice officials for misleading the court during the course of executive amnesty litigation. What did the DOJ do? Here are the court’s words:

In summary, this Court and opposing counsel were misled both in writing and in open court on multiple occasions as to when the Defendants would begin to implement the Secretary’s 2014 DHS Directive establishing the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (“DAPA”) program and amending the DACA program. Opposing counsel and this Court were assured that no action would be taken implementing the 2014 DHS Directive until February 18, 2015. Counsel for the Government made these assurances on the record on December 19, 2014, and in open court on January 15, 2015. Similar misrepresentations were made in pleadings filed on January 14, 2015, [Doc. No. 90 at 3] and even after the injunction issued, on February 23, 2015. [Doc. No. 150]. For example, on February 23, 2015, the Government lawyers wrote that: “DHS was to begin accepting requests for modified DACA on February 18, 2015.”5 [Doc. No. 150 at 7]. This representation was made despite the fact that in actuality the DHS had already granted or renewed over 100,000 modified DACA applications using the 2014 DHS Directive.

In other words, the Obama administration launched its executive amnesty program behind the court’s back, and lied about it — ultimately granting lawful residence to more than 100,000 illegal immigrants until the court halted the program with an injunction. If the government had told the truth, the state plaintiffs (including Texas) would have been able to seek a temporary restraining order to attempt to block the program. The judge was furious.

This is a remarkable order. As Josh Blackman says, Judge Hanen has basically placed the Justice Department under his supervision to ensure that they act ethically.

First, he has “sent back to school” all of the lawyers in Main Justice who litigate in the 26 states that challenged DAPA. They are required to take a three-hour legal-ethics case on “candor to the court.”

The class must be taught by a “recognized ethics expert who is unaffiliated with the Justice Department.” It cannot be a “self-study or online study” course.

Second, the Justice Department must appoint a person to certify annually that all attorneys who appear in the 26 states have completed the ethics course. This order will remain in effect until December 31, 2021.

In addition, Judge Hanen ordered Attorney General Loretta Lynch to report in 60 days “with a comprehensive plan to prevent this unethical conduct from ever occurring again,” and to “report what steps she is taking to ensure that . . . the Justice Department trial lawyers tell the truth — the entire truth.”

Lynch is also required to report in 60 days “what steps she is taking to ensure that the Office of Professional Responsibility . . . appropriately disciplines those whose actions fall below the standards that the American people rightfully expect from their Department of Justice.” Blackman “strongly recommends” that the offending attorneys self-report this order to their state bar’s disciplinary committees, before Judge Hanen does it for them.

Blackman compares Judge Hanen’s order to the federal courts that placed recalcitrant school districts under supervision to ensure compliance with desegregation orders or the courts that placed deficient police departments under federal oversight to ensure they reduce police brutality or other offenses.

That the U.S. Department of Justice would receive such treatment is, as I said, remarkable. That DOJ deserves this treatment is even more remarkable.

What Happens if Hillary Isn't Indicted?

So we are left with the equation of what happens if Hillary isn't indicted?

The most obvious part is that the rule of law will have, for all intents and purposes, ended in the United States. Equal justice flew out the window. How does the public react to that? A good portion of it will roll over, but a certain percentage will not. Their reactions will be contingent on a number of things -- whether Clinton is elected anyway (unlikely at this point, but possible), the steadfastness of opposition politicians and media, etc.

But in the final analysis, a democracy cannot exist without the consent of the governed. For that percentage in opposition, consent will have broken down pretty much completely. Then what? Civil war? That's perhaps a bit excessive, but civil wars can be of various types and evolve in different ways. All kinds of things could break down, which could result in anything from general disobedience to the law to mass tax refusal. Millions would no longer respect the system.

Loretta Lynch, Obama, et al, are actually facing a giant tinderbox, whether they know it or not. This is not your average Yogi Berra fork in the road. People fixate these days on the Black Lives Matter movement or on "social justice" activism on campus that is dominated by self-described "progressives" appalled by "microagressions" and such like. But what if the American heartland rebels? Left-wing rebellion in our culture has always been dependent on the center holding; it's a kind of play rebellion, college kids taking over a park while daddy pays their allowance. But suppose daddy started to rebel? That would be, as the saying goes, a whole other ball of wax.

Loretta Lynch -- We’ll Position DOJ to Do Obama’s Work ‘Long After’ We’re Gone

For all those who revel in the fact that there are 374 days until President Obama finally gets the hell out of the White House, a cautionary note: Obama and his colleagues are rigging the bureaucracy so that their unique brand of “hope and change” extends far beyond their tenure.

The latest evidence: Attorney General Loretta Lynch told New York Magazine this week, “My goal is to position the [Department of Justice] where it will carry on in all of these issues long after myself and my team have moved on.” She was responding specifically to questions about how she planned to prosecute gun sellers under Obama’s new executive actions.

Lynch, unlike her predecessor Eric Holder, isn’t a bomb-thrower. Like President Obama before his self-deification, Lynch hides behind vagary and a general sense of reasonableness. “We went in thinking We’re going to ask her the toughest questions we can come up with,” says Steven Edwards, a lawyer who interviewed Lynch for a local bar publication. “And we couldn’t lay a glove on her.” As New York Magazine states, Lynch simply ran out the clock on Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) questions to her during her confirmation hearings.

This is a scary idea. The DOJ will be filled with a bunch of leftist ideologues, not good. They need to be weeded out and replaced with constitutionalists.

GOP Senator Calls AG Lynch to Testify on Legality of Executive Gun Controls

Senator Sen. Richard Shelby (R-AL) has called Attorney General Loretta Lynch to testify before the Senate on January 28 regarding the legality of President Obama’s executive gun controls.

Obama met with Lynch on January 4 to discuss possible executive actions, then announced the new controls on January 5.

According to The New York Times, Shelby sent a letter to Lynch informing her that he wants to “discuss the president’s firearms proposals and any potential infringement on law-abiding Americans’ Second Amendment rights.” Shelby added, “Let me clear, I am not going to sit idly by and allow the department to implement unlawful, unconstitutional actions.”

Senator Shelby is chairman of the Appropriations Subcommittee. That subcommittee funds the Department of Justice.

I wish I could read more into this other than it's grandstanding. Until the Senate will defunds the Dear Leader and his initiatives, calling people to testify on the Hill is useless.

After pulling one of the worst Gestapo stunts in modern American history, she’s receiving a nice, comfortable pension, and those who enabled her crimes were given fat bonuses. There was no way that Eric Holder or Loretta Lynch was going to charge Lerner — what do you imagine the odds are that they’ll discover their integrity in the matter of Hillary Rodham Clinton, presumptive Democratic presidential nominee? Limbaugh Wonders -- Why Hasn’t Attorney General Loretta Lynch Arrested Trump Yet?

Rush Limbaugh wondered why Attorney General Loretta Lynch hasn’t arrested Donald Trump yet on Tuesday’s “​The Rush Limbaugh Show.”

Limbaugh was referring to Lynch’s comments where she urged the Muslim parents of kids bullied to”contact the Department of Justice and the Department of Education.”

On Monday, Trump released a statement suggesting “a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on.”

Limbaugh argued, “Some days they just tee me up. Some days are just too easy. Question: Has Loretta Lynch arrested Trump yet? Well, isn’t that the kind of stuff she said she’s gonna start arresting people for? Why hasn’t he been arrested?”

Later in the show, Limbaugh suggested, “Now, about what Trump is saying, about these ‘outrageous, unacceptable comments for which he should be put in jail.’ I guess — and again I ask — Why is what’s her name, Loretta Lynch, not pursuing him, investigating and arresting him? I mean, she just said, this is the kind of stuff, the DOJ is gonna go after people for.”

This is a two parter. 1.) He has the will power and the money to hire all the best lawyers in the country to fight all the way to SCOTUS and embarrass the Regime.

2.) It will only make his campaign more legitimate regarding the segregation of muslims from incoming immigrants. He will control the narrative of the ineffectiveness of the Regime.

A New York rag blamed it on the skinhead meth gangs that abound around Berdoo — like your average motorcycle gang cares about a Christmas party. And finally, the 
inevitable moonbat fallback … workplace violence.

That’s Barack Obama’s favorite excuse for terrorism. And you know the best way to fight terror — I mean workplace violence. Common-sense gun-safety laws. Yeah, that’s the ticket. Common sense — take away the guns from law-abiding people so that they can’t defend themselves against the terrorists and the gangbangers who don’t give a flying bleep about the law.

Telling the truth about this stuff would expose how little they’re doing, and how incompetently they’re doing it. Thus, the search for excuses.

This is all driven by those on the top, The Dear Leader, Loretta Lynch, et. al.
