There are topics you should NEVER look up on Google Images…
From Bat Shit Crazy via H/T at The Other McCain:
Reddit had a thread on queries that you shouldn’t ever make on Google. In response, Metro had five queries best not made on Google Images. Some of these you may know, for example, the term “degloving” is one that is both accurate but understates what it is really all about. That facial expression says it all.
This is my favorite #Trigglypuff screencap. Just look at that girl's facial expression. pic.twitter.com/MGIbeF2s9F— [Current Year] Squid (@ethicalsquid) May 2, 2016
Robert Stacy McCain and the The Other McCain has pointed out a sixth no go query:Cora Segal is the very definition of an fugly, angry, male-hating lesbian SJW!
#Trigglypuff also known as Cora Segal or Cora Miriam (even Reddit explains)
OMG. TURN THE SOUND ON.

What #TrigglyPuff Means
From The Other McCain:
The phenomenon of #TrigglyPuff — Cora Segal, the angry feminist who disrupted an event at the University of Massachusetts this week — deserves extended analysis, and I’ve got a 4,000-word draft in queue, awaiting the final touches. Spending two days analyzing the social significance of this comedic phenomenon was perhaps too much, but that’s my job. You need someone to totally overthink it? I’m available.Read the while article. It explains the mental instability of the people who are driving the 3rd wave of feminism.
Anyway, while working on that brain-straining endeavor, it dawned on me what a small world radical feminism actually is. Cora Segal became notorious in March 2014 for a “Fat Justice” event at Swarthmore College that I blogged about, and here she is two years later, notorious again.

Why Conservative Women Are So Pretty?
From The Federalist:
Three years ago I attended the Conservative Political Action Conference and was struck by something I later concluded was probably a figment of my imagination. This year I returned, and, rather than having my recollection dispelled, it was confirmed.Question, name a well known, attractive, liberal, female pundit?
The young women who attend CPAC are spectacular. No kidding: What’s up with this concentration of incredibly attractive young, conservative women? It’s noticeable and remarkable. They are beautiful and stylish in the way French women often are, which is to say in their own way, not in a conforming or predictable way. They all look like the girl the high school quarterback wants to date, and they are confident, relaxed, and smart, joking amongst themselves.

Jack Montague, free speech and the rush to judgment
From Ashe Schow at The Washington Post via H/T at Instapundit:
The radical feminists are making college men an endangered species. It wasn’t until Montague’s father told the New Haven Register that his son was expelled that the team and school learned the reason for his recent missed practices. It wasn’t until the Yale Women’s Center posted a statement that “speculate[d]” that the expulsion was for sexual misconduct that the school learned what happened for sure.No male should go to Yale at this point. No male athlete should even consider going to Yale.
And that’s where the free speech issues come in. Montague’s teammates held a kind of protest of his expulsion by wearing T-shirts with his nickname on them and “Yale” printed backwards. Activists on campus went ballistic, claiming the team was “supporting a rapist.” The team eventually apologized in a statement that might as well have been written by the activists themselves.
The team had every right to stand by its captain and insist that he’s innocent. They have as much evidence of that as the activists have that he’s guilty.
Also, the activists’ labeling of Montague as a “rapist” shows the extreme circumstances accused students face in campus conduct hearings. The reason schools need this separate judicial system, activists say, is that the actual judicial system is failing accusers. The reason the school doesn’t need to provide due process, we’re told by activists, is that the students aren’t facing jail.
But they are facing the criminal label “rapist” without any due process. The sex may very well have been consensual, but activists, without knowing any of the facts, have labeled him a criminal. It should be noted that as of now, neither the New Haven nor the Yale police departments are investigating Montague. Neither were even informed of an alleged rape. . . .
That means that Yale students want to use free speech to call someone a “rapist” who has not been investigated or charged with a crime, but want to deny free speech to anyone who would suggest he is innocent. The activists say they want free speech but with “sensitivity.” Fine, then they need to apply that same “sensitivity” when calling someone a “rapist” when they are not a criminal.

Gloria Steinem -- Only Boy Crazy Girls Support Bernie Over Hillary
From Legal Insurrection:
In an interview with Bill Maher, Steinem—a purported feminist and icon among some on the feminist left—has found a new and exciting way to diminish women who don’t think as she does: she explains that the support of young women for Bernie is actually rooted in their desire to attract boys.Based on this idea, maybe giving women the right to vote was a bad idea.
She argues that Bernie’s female supporters are boy crazy and appears to be doing so as a means of demeaning these women. They’re just silly little girls who aren’t clever enough to understand politics and are only interested in his candidacy because “that’s where the boys are.” Clearly, if they had more sense, they’d support Hillary as she does.

Totally Missing The Irony -- Feminist Lectures Men For Failing To Come To The Rescue
From Patterico via H/T at Ace of Spades HQ:
Remember: men and women are totally equal in all ways and it's sexist to think they're not. Except when a feminist SJW like Brianna Wu wants them to be different. It's similar to the irony of Bruce Jenner being named the Woman of the year.On one hand, Wu and her ilk demand everyone acknowledge men and women are equal in every way, but at the same time, lectures that men are obligated to come to her rescue. And why? Because they’re better at it. She patronizingly accuses men of failing their obligation, while acknowledging they have a strength that women don’t. No wonder men are confused. If women don’t even know the rules of the game, how on earth are men supposed to know?
I am woman hear me roar… no, don’t hear me roar, save my ass instead (but don’t look at it while you’re saving me!)… but while you’re saving me, understand that I am seriously roaring in my heart…
Low hanging fruit.

Moving the Goalposts -- What Feminist ‘Rape Culture’ Discourse Is About
From The Other McCain:
American women are now less at risk of rape than at any time in the past 40 years, and the emergence of a frantic hysteria about ‘rape culture’ on college campuses therefore seems contradictory — unless you understand how feminist theory ‘problematizes’ heterosexualityAs usual, in the feminist world's view, "It's the man's fault" for everything.
........................
What Filipovic describes as feminist ‘disenchantment with the “No means no” framework’ amounts to an admission that the recent rhetorical fury about ‘rape culture’ is actually an attempt to move the goalposts, in such a way as to criminalize normal male sexual behavior. The confusion created by so-called ‘affirmative consent’ policies (also known as ‘yes means yes’) is understandable because most people would be shocked senseless if they stopped to consider what it actually means.
........................
Filipovic’s suggestion of ‘a different social model’ as the basis for a legal standard where men are deemed guilty of rape if a woman later says did not consent ‘enthusiastically’ raises the question of how such a standard could be enforced. Preventing rape is a laudable goal, but that’s not Filipovic’s goal. Her goal is to make men responsible for women’s post-coital regret.

Well done, feminism. Now men are afraid to help women at work.
From The Telegraph UK via H/T at Instapundit:
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
The article continues:
Unintended consequences!Must resist the urge to laugh ...........A new book claims that male office workers are now so afraid of being on the receiving end of a sexual harassment case, they are reluctant to mentor, assist, befriend and even hold open doors for female colleagues.
Crushingly, Sex & The Office suggests men now view such ordinary, decent behaviours as “too risky” – and, in what will be a bitter irony for equality campaigners – claims that, as a direct consequence, women are now failing to advance at work.
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
The article continues:
By carrying on like this we are nurturing and mollycoddling victimhood and it is having profound impacts. Last month in Britain, “fearless feminist” barrister Charlotte Proudman publicly shamed Alexander Carter-Silk, 57, a senior solicitor, for complimenting her “stunning” LinkedIn profile picture – then claimed it was her career that had been “ruined”.It's a very lonely bed .... with a lot of cats.
Amid this poisonous smog of mutual mistrust and, increasingly, contempt, is there any wonder men are becoming fearful of female co-workers?
Above all, Sex & The Office is proof, if any were needed, that The Great Workplace Equality Project has spectacularly backfired. Who, precisely, wins if men are terrified of lawsuits and women are falling behind as a consequence?
In this toxic, paranoid environment, women will never be trusted as advisers. They will be frozen out of networks – or, increasingly, create their own women-only networks, which on the surface promise advancement yet deep down increase gender separatism.
This is the bed Third Wave feminism has made. Now we all have to lie in it: wide-awake, hearts racing, eyes wide open, waiting for the lawyers to come hammering at our doors.

A Harvard Trained Feminist
From The Other McCain:
Now, at risk of running down a rabbit-hole, let me ask the reader to imagine that spring day at Smith College in 1979.This is why one should not send their child off to college at one of the "elite" liberal arts colleges that we have been conditioned to seek. Academia has been corrupted by radical liberals, feminists, socialist, and weirdos that you have spent your entire life protected your child from.
Imagine yourself the parent of one of the graduating seniors. You worked hard for your money, and you and your spouse devoted yourself to your daughter’s education, intending for her to have the very best opportunities in life. Every possible advantage that you, as a parent, could give your daughter — a home library stocked with good books, subscriptions to quality magazines, museum visits, vacation trips to historic sites, and so forth — helped her to become a high-achieving student. Not merely did you spend money to provide her with these advantages, you also did the necessary work of parent as supervisor, protecting your child from harmful influences. You made sure your girl didn’t become a drug-addled loser hanging around with juvenile delinquents. All of these things you did, in order to qualify your daughter to attend what certainly once was, and arguably still is, one of the finest educational institutions for women in the entire world.
Imagine yourself, then, as a parent who had done everything necessary to send your daughter to Smith College (the list of alumnae include Nancy Reagan, Class of ’43, and Barbara Bush, Class of ’47), and when you show up for her graduation, the commencement speaker is a radical lesbian who denounces heterosexuality and motherhood as “enforced . . . to deprive her of power” (!) and who condemns “established science” as “the ideology of white male supremacy”! Would it not seem to you that the administration of Smith had been taken over by maniacs? As a tuition-paying parent, wouldn’t you feel you had been hoodwinked, scammed, bamboozled, ripped off, and otherwise defrauded? Wouldn’t you think that all your effort to provide your daughter an elite education and protect her from harmful influences was a complete waste of time and money? Frankly, she might have been better off hanging around the roller rink as a teenager, smoking Marlboros and making out with hoodlum boys in the backseats of their hopped-up GTOs.

Quote of the Day III
Quote of the Day III
It's impossible to get decent Chinese takeout in China, Cuban cigars are rationed in Cuba, and that's all you need to know about communism.Quote of the Day IV

Here are young women with more opportunities, more liberties than almost any women in history and at that moment we tell them they're short-changed silenced victims of a patriarchy? It's defeatist and demoralising.Quote of the Day V
-- Christina Hoff Summers
If I were in charge of that school I'd round up every student that signed that petition and force them to go to a seminar titled "Attending College and Being an Adult: Sometimes Learning Means Being Exposed to Ideas You Don't Like." That seems like a more productive use of the university's time than deciding which ideas are too dangerous for the ears of their precious, whiny, crybaby wards.

A compliment isn’t misogynistic. Why can’t feminists understand this?
From the Spectator UK via H/T at Instapundit:
Which was written in 1989 by Rush Limbaugh as his Undeniable Truth #24.“What must the veiled, subjugated women of genuinely patriarchal societies in the East and South think when they see a free, well-connected woman in the West scream ‘misogyny!’ over a compliment? They must feel pretty lonely, knowing they’re unlikely ever to win solidarity from such sorry, self-obsessed excuses for feminists.”If you understand that feminism is, in part, a leveling mechanism used by less-attractive women against more-attractive women, it will make sense.

5 Ways Taylor Swift Exemplifies White Feminism – And Why That’s a Problem
Via H/T at Instapundit:
Lena Dunham, child molester, serial liar, slanderer, and libelist ..........
“Every love interest that Taylor has ever had — to my knowledge, both in real life and in her videos — has been a straight, cis, able-bodied, fit, middle-to-upper class, white dude.”Well, considering that Taylor Swift is a VERY attractive, straight, able-bodied, fit, middle-to-upper class, white chick ......... this is somehow really surprising?
Hey, her body, her choice. Right? On the other hand, it’s hard to argue with this: “Anyone who calls themselves a feminist after learning about the movement from, of all people, Lena Dunham, is not to be trusted.”But this is a spot on assessment ........

Guardian Columnist Julie Bindel Says Put All Males ‘In Some Kind of Camp’
From Robert Stacy McCain:
She continues:
McCain continues:
Here's a thought, force they hire some heterosexual males to provide diversity.
Waiting for some heads to explode.......
As a side note, is anyone really surprise what she looks like?
England’s most influential radical feminist was asked whether she believes “heterosexuality will survive women’s liberation”:When I first read the title, I thought is was from The Onion. But, this proves that Rush Limbaugh's description of radical feminist as Feminazis, 25 years ago, was spot on.
It won’t, not unless men get their act together, have their power taken from them and behave themselves. I mean, I would actually put them all in some kind of camp where they can all drive around in quad bikes, or bicycles, or white vans. I would give them a choice of vehicles to drive around with, give them no porn, they wouldn’t be able to fight – we would have wardens, of course! Women who want to see their sons or male loved ones would be able to go and visit, or take them out like a library book, and then bring them back.
She continues:
I would love to see a women’s liberation that results in women turning away from men and saying: "when you come back as human beings, then we might look again.”I think she's got it backwards, men are turning away from women and saying ”when you come back as human beings, then we might look again.” At HEqual, they expand on her interview:
Next, Bindel proposes camps for men, not just the men who might be breaking the law (we already have that of course) but all men, just simply for daring to be born male. As with similar concentration camp schemes Bindel tries to briefly distract from her gender hatred and true agenda by adding in some fun activities and therefore perhaps implying they’d be holiday-type destinations. However, it’s made very clear exactly what sort of camps these are as Bindel proposes camp guards (or wardens as she calls them). In true Goebbels style, Bindel disguises the real purpose of these guards by pretending their job is to stop the men fighting amongst themselves, glossing over their main activity which is of course to control, punish and imprison the entire male population against their will and to make them entirely powerless objects to be owned/borrowed by women! Bindel adds in the final missing piece of the Feminazi jigsaw by adding in more than bit of de-humanisation of the men for good measure, likening them to library books that are property for women to borrow. She rounds off her proposals by making it explicitly clear that she doesn’t even consider men to be human beings at present. Taken as a whole, her proposals not onyl meet but massively exceed any definition of a concentration camp.Remember, these is the thinking that dominates "Womens/Lesbian Studies courses" in today's universities.
McCain continues:
Despite this ideology’s long history, most people are shocked when someone like Julie Bindel is caught saying in public what is actually taught to many thousands of university students every year within the academic Feminist-Industrial Complex. This shocked reaction is the result of a gap between feminism’s exoteric discourse (what feminists say when seeking support from the general public) and feminism’s esoteric doctrine (the beliefs shared among intellectuals and activists who lead and control the movement), as I have previously explained:
Like other movements of the radical Left, feminism preaches one thing to outsiders while teaching something else to insiders, and this deception is both deliberate and necessary. Feminists must conceal the truth about their agenda, because if taxpayers knew the ideology that is being propagated in our universities, this would cause such a political uproar that legislators would zero out the budgets of Women’s Studies programs and eliminate funding for much of the “research” done by academic feminists.”Time to defund these programs.
Here's a thought, force they hire some heterosexual males to provide diversity.
Waiting for some heads to explode.......
As a side note, is anyone really surprise what she looks like?

Feminist Tumblr -- Justifying Hatred With Radical Ideology and Also, Witchcraft
From Robert Stacy McCain:
It also allows women to be blameless for all mistakes and decision she makes in her life.
Feminism justifies anti-male attitudes by promoting an ideological belief that I call feminism’s Patriarchal Thesis:Being a victim is the new discriminated group.
Believing that normal human life is a system of injustice in which all women (collectively) are victimized by all men (collectively), feminists can justify anything they say or do as part of their struggle against historic oppression.
- All women are victims of oppression;
- All men benefit from women’s oppression;
therefore- Whatever.
..........................
The young feminist — today’s 20-something woman born decades after Daly, Dworkin and others created this mythology in the 1970s — is encouraged to think of herself as inheriting the suffering of ancient witches as her legacy. This in turn helps the most privileged college-educated woman to believe she is victimized by a “society” that the feminist blogger declares “hates women,” a society that “justifies” rape and violence against women, “devalues the labor of women” and treats women as “property” to be used for “the benefit of males.” Because she thinks about the oppression of women is historical terms, it does not matter to the young feminist that she herself is extraordinarily privileged. She has inherited her victim status.
It also allows women to be blameless for all mistakes and decision she makes in her life.

Feminist self loathing
From Dalrock Blog:
Simply, the ugly ones want to be included, so they created their own special interest group so they can be a part of something.
Feminism at its core is about a feeling of envy for men. Feminists don’t deny this, but they claim they are merely envious of men’s position in society. Freud was closer when he coined the term penis envy, but even this only captures a part of the feminist dysfunction. It isn’t so much that feminists wish they had penises, it is that they deeply resent the fact that God made them women. It isn’t just about penis envy, but vagina revulsion.Rush Limbaugh's Undeniable Truth #24 applies, "Feminism was established so as to allow unattractive women access to the mainstream of society."
Simply, the ugly ones want to be included, so they created their own special interest group so they can be a part of something.

The Feminist Revolution is Eating It's Own
From The NY Post:
The revolution always eats its own. That’s the lesson from a recent essay by Northwestern University’s Laura Kipnis.I'll give you a hint. SILENCIO!!!!!!
Two students were so offended by her article in the Chronicle of Higher Education on why banning romantic relationships between faculty and students was silly that they filed a Title IX complaint against her.
Yes, that’s right, legislation that was originally supposed to combat sexual discrimination in public education and athletics is now being used to silence professors who write essays that contradict progressive wisdom. .................. It’s hard to work up too much sympathy for Kipnis, though. One wonders where she’s been for the past two decades when kangaroo courts were set up at institutions of higher education all over the country.
Has she been rushing to defend all the men convicted by campus courts of sexual assault with no lawyers present?
