Went to see the new Star Trek movie.
Loved it.
JJ Abrams continues to do yeomans work on expanding the Star Trek mythos while keeping many parts of TOS and TOS movies intact.
I won't let any spoiler details out, but Karl Urban continues to be the same curmudgeonly Bones McCoy from TOS. Quinto is, well Spock, and Chris Pines continues to show the brilliant choice by Abrams to be the young Jim Kirk.
I will say that they have a Tribble in the movie and it's part of the plot line. Kirk continues to be the alien babe magnet from the show.
Just go see it.
