CNN Money noted that buying a gun from a gun store entails passing a background check, which means the SC Church shooter “apparently met the legal criteria.” It also means the SC Church shooter joins a long list of other attackers who got their guns via background checks as well.So how would the laws proposed by The Dear Leader have prevented this tragedy?
Those include Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi (Garland), Jared and Amanda Miller (Las Vegas), Elliot Rodger (Santa Barabara), Ivan Lopez (Fort Hood 2014), Darion Marcus Aguilar (Maryland mall), Karl Halverson Pierson (Arapahoe High School), Paul Ciancia (LAX), Andrew John Engeldinger (Minneapolis), Aaron Alexis (DC Navy Yard), Tennis Melvin Maynard (West Virginia), James Holmes (Aurora theater), Jared Loughner (Tucson), Nidal Hasan (Fort Hood 2009), Jiverly Wong (Binghamton), Seung-Hui Cho (Virginia Tech), Naveed Haq (Seattle), and Mark Barton (Atlanta), among others.
1.) Universal Background check - The NCIC system cleared the purchase, FAIL!
2.) Ban Assault Weapons -- The shooter used a pistol to commit this massacre, FAIL!
3.) Ban high capacity magazines -- We don't know what model Glock .45 was used, BUT it has been reported he reloaded 5 times. So regardless of magazine capacity, he did not have any ammunition shortage, again, FAIL!
So the much ballyhooed law championed by the Dear Leader and his progressive coalition WOULD NOT HAVE PREVENTED THIS EVENT!
AGAIN, FAIL ! ! ! ! !
