More Bodies From Eric Holder? Phoenix Gun Tied To Paris Terror Attacks

From Bearing Arms:
Judicial Watch has confirmed that one of the AK-pattern rifles used in the November 2015 Islamic terror attacks in Paris that killed 130 people and wounded 368 came from Phoenix, home of Eric Holder’s weapon smuggling plot known as Operation Fast and Furious.
One of the guns used in the November 13, 2015 Paris terrorist attacks came from Phoenix, Arizona where the Obama administration allowed criminals to buy thousands of weapons illegally in a deadly and futile “gun-walking” operation known as “Fast and Furious.”

A Report of Investigation (ROI) filed by a case agent in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) tracked the gun used in the Paris attacks to a Phoenix gun owner who sold it illegally, “off book,” Judicial Watch’s law enforcement sources confirm. Federal agents tracing the firearm also found the Phoenix gun owner to be in possession of an unregistered fully automatic weapon, according to law enforcement officials with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.
Reading between the lines, it would be reasonable to conclude that the most likely reason that the ATF would cover up federal gun felonies was that the individual involved had damaging information regarding Operation Fast and Furious, a gun smuggling plot of the Obama administration that attempted to inflate the number of American firearms recovered in Mexican drug cartel shootouts in order to build a case for banning the sale of semi-automatic rifles, certain semi-automatic pistols, and .50 BMG rifles in the United States.

New Fast and Furious emails show Obama administration obstructing Congress

From Rick Moran at The American Thinker Blog:
The lid may finally blow off the Fast and Furious cover-up by the Obama administration, as a federal judge ordered the release of thousands of emails showing how then-attorney general Eric Holder obstructed, stonewalled, and misdirected congressional investigators looking into the program.

People in the Nixon administration went to jail for less.

New York Post:
“The documents reveal how senior Justice Department officials — including Attorney General Holder — intensely followed and managed an effort to carefully limit and obstruct the information produced to Congress,” he asserted.

They also indict Holder deputy Lanny Breuer, an old Clinton hand, who had to step down in 2013 after falsely denying authorizing Fast and Furious.
These emails show that the administration went far beyond the normal efforts to manage a hot political scandal. There is criminal activity here – most notably obstruction of justice – that needs to be investigated, with the perpetrators tried and sent to jail.
Let's hope Ted Cruz is selected as the Attorney General in the new Trump Administration.

Documents Confirm Eric Holder's Role in Fast and Furious Cover-Up

From Powerline Blog:
“Fast and Furious” is back in the news. The reason? In January, Judge Amy Berman, an Obama appointee, ordered the Department of Justice to produce documents relating to the “gun walking” scandal that Congress had been seeking for four years. DOJ finally produced them, some 20,000 pages worth, this month.
..................

In cases like this, people often say that “the cover-up is worse than the crime.” I don’t think this applies to Fast and Furious because the Obama-Holder Justice Department’s original malfeasance resulted in death.

More broadly, this case illustrates that, whatever the extent of their moral shortcomings, cover-ups probably succeed more often then they fail. Here, Eric Holder largely succeeded in thwarting the Fast and Furious investigation. Four years later, Barack Obama is completing his second term. Sleazy Eric Holder is back at his top tier law firm that reportedly has represented large banks he declined to prosecute for their alleged role in the financial crisis.

And Fast and Furious is all but forgotten.
Holder needs to be in jail.

Four years later, Obama waives privilege claim on Fast and Furious docs

From Rick Moran at The American Thinker Blog:
Facing a court-ordered deadline to appeal a ruling turning down President Obama's request of executive privilege over a congressional subpoena for documents relating to the Fast and Furious investigation, the White House turned over thousands of pages of evidence to congressional investigators.
Well, it's about time.
So the president's plan played out perfectly. Stonewall Congress by refusing to turn over documents, allow the legal system to drag out the proceedings for years, and then hand the documents over when it's too late for Republicans to do much about it.
A strategy perfected by the Clintons.

Judge Rules Obama Can’t Shield Fast And Furious Docs From Congress

From The Daily Caller:
A federal judge ruled Tuesday the Obama administration can’t use executive privilege to shield Operation Fast and Furious documents from Congress, and ordered the administration to turn over the requested documents.

Public disclosures from the Department of Justice (DOJ) about its response to the botched operation undercut the administration’s attempt to invoke executive privilege, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled, according to Politico. The administration can appeal the ruling.

“The Department itself has already publicly revealed the sum and substance of the very material it is now seeking to withhold,” Jackson wrote. “Since any harm that would flow from the disclosures sought here would be merely incremental, the records must be produced.”

Rep. Goodlatte Blasts DHS Sec.'s 'Hypocritical" Criticisms of Sanctuary Cities

From Breitbart's Big Government:
Department of Homeland Security Sec. Jeh Johnson’s recent criticisms of sanctuary city policies ring hollow given the Obama administration’s actions enabling such policies, according to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA).

“While I agree that sanctuary city policies are unacceptable, it’s hypocritical for Secretary Johnson to criticize sanctuary cities while at the same time refusing to take the steps necessary to end these reckless policies,” Goodlatte said Wednesday in reaction to comments Johnson made a day earlier.
Why is Rep Goodlatte surprised. It not as if this Regime has a history of lying to Congress. This Regime has told the truth about Fast & Furious, The IRS (Lois Lerner), the EPA (CO2, Animus River, Greenhouse gases), Benghazi, Dreamers, etc.

CONFIRMED -- Garland Terrorist Bought Gun From Operation Fast And Furious Dealer At Height Of Scandal

From Breitbart's Big Government:
A trustworthy source confirmed to Breitbart News that Garland attacker Nadir Hamid Soofi indeed did not buy a 9mm; however, Soofi did purchase a High Point .380 caliber pistol from that Fast and Furious-associated Phoenix gun dealer in February 2010 that federal authorities authorized.
Can the Fast and Furious operation be linked to this act of terrorism?

If so, can Eric Holder he arrested, under the Patriot Act and charged with terrorism?

Media Bias and the Obama Scandals

From Peter Wehner of Commentary:
It is impossible to understand our press’s supine performance without acknowledging that most reporters and editors are Democratic Party operatives who would rather conceal the news than report it. Pete Wehner writes:
Here’s a thought experiment. Assume during the George W. Bush administration the IRS had targeted MoveOn.org, Planned Parenthood, the Center for American Progress, and a slew of other liberal groups. Assume, too, that no conservative groups were the subject of harassment and intimidation. And just for the fun of it, assume that press secretary Ari Fleischer had misled the press and the public by saying the scandal was confined to two rogue IRS agents in Cincinnati and that President Bush had declared that there was “not even a smidgen of corruption” that had occurred.
Let’s go a step further. Assume that the IRS Commissioner, in testifying before Congress, admitted that the emails of the person at the heart of the abuse of power scandal were gone, that the backup tapes have been erased and that her hard drive was destroyed. For good measure, assume that the person who was intimately involved in targeting liberal groups took the Fifth Amendment.

Given all this, boys and girls, do you think the elite media–the New York Times, Washington Post, The News Hour, and the news networks for ABC, CBS, NBC, and CNN–would pay much attention to it?

Answer: They wouldn’t just cover the story; they would fixate on it. It would be a crazed obsession. Journalists up and down the Acela Corridor would be experiencing dangerously rapid pulse rates. The gleam in their eye and the spring in their step would be impossible to miss. You couldn’t escape the coverage even if you wanted to. The story would sear itself into your imagination.
That is true, obviously. Look what the so-called “mainstream media” did with an inconsequential lane closure on a bridge! The one place where I part company with Wehner is his reference to “the elite media.” There is nothing “elite” about the New York Times or the Washington Post, although the Post’s editorial board is actually pretty good. I can’t imagine anyone claiming that the CBS, ABC or NBC evening news shows are “elite.” All of these news outlets are, in fact, low-grade and partisan. They are entitled to no deference and should be accorded none.
