I have been trying to figure out what President Obama's long term plans/goals/principals are regarding the Syrian Civil Wars and the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction.
He didn't have an issue with the 100 thousand of so people who have died during the last 24 months during the civil war, but since approximately 1500 died of nerve gas, he has to act now? He announced that there was a red line that could not be crossed regarding the use of nerve gas in the Syrian Civil War. But he now claims, he did draw aline in the sand, but the rest of the world did.
As candidate Obama, he clearly stated that the President can't attack without congressional approval unless there is an immediate threat to the country, yet he bombed Libya.
At first he says he doesn't have to get congressional approval to strike, but now he wants Congress to vote on the issue?
As a Senator and Candidate, Obama demanded that the UN must approve and attacks, until he realized that both China and Russia would veto the resolution. So now he claims he doesn't need a coalition, but bashed Bush for not having a coalition. Lest he forgets, Bush got UN approval and a coalition to attack Iraq and Afghanistan.
Now Vlad Putin saves Obama's bacon by offering to control the Syrian Chemical Weapons store. So now Obama is OK with that.
You add to this fiasco, the Secretary of State John "who served in Vietnam" Kerry, who voted against the war before he voted for the war.
You can't find a more incompetent Administration in the History of the Country.
All this coming from the Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, Dear Leader Obama. Will Vlad be the next Peace Prize winner?
BTW, where are all the Hollywood stars protesting the War Making President?
