I’ve never watched Jimmy Kimmel’s television show, so I don’t know what his political leanings (if any) are. But last night, he did a bit on Obamacare that was as funny as it was devastating. Along with his monologue, he played a supposed ad for Obamacare starring Alex and Martha, a middle-aged couple whose health care is being paid for by the young and the healthy. The gist of Kimmel’s routine is that the ACA is a rip-off of young people:It seems as if going after thee Dear Leader is OK now, since he messed up. It's now about protecting Liberalism, not the personalities.
Is the popular culture turning on Obama? It is way too early to say that, but we can hope.
