The president may not decline to follow a statutory mandate or prohibition simply because of policy objections.

The DC Circuit Appeals Court released a ruling today regarding Dear Leader's Administration refusal for following the law regarding the nuclear disposal site at Yucca Mountain in Nevada.

This ruling will have implications regarding Dear Leader's decision to ignore his own Health Care Law.  I hope someone (HINT HINT HINT) sues him in Federal Court forcing him to FOLLOW THE LAW.
