Circuit Court Overturns Immunity For Law Enforcement Officials Who Sent An Innocent Man To Prison For 22 Years.This man can't get is 22 years back and someone has to pay. Going after the officers AND the Prosecutors is a good idea. The concept of prosecutorial immunity WAS a good idea, but with case after case of prosecutorial abuse of their discretion, such as the Duke Lacrosse Case, to get elected to the next office, it's time to make them think that they may be the one going to the slam.
