Minimum Wage con

Nationwide, fast food workers went of strike to demand higher wages. They want the Federal minimum wage to double from $7.25 to a "living wage" of $15 an hour.  The local media even found some fast food worker, who claims to have worked at a restaurant for 20 years and only make $10 per hour.

So I have a few questions.
1.) Why is he trying to raise a family working for $10 an hour?

2.) Does he have a high school diploma?
3.) Is he a legal resident of the United States?
4.) How old was he when he had his first child?
5.) Can he give change without the help of the register?

But all this questions above are moot, since the hide the true agenda of those trying to increase the minimum wage. One of the dirty secrets of the minimum wage, most union contracts have a requirement that if the minimum wage goes up, so do their wages.  It's a proxy fight.

Many other union contract REQUIRE renegotiation when the minimum wage increase.  So unuions, like the SEIU, all love the idea of increasing the minimum wage, it's a stealthy automatic pay raise that does not have to be negotiated with their bosses.
